Bom Dia Brazilian Bubbles was launched to introduce wine enthusiasts to the exuberance of #BrazilianBubbles. Our mission is to share the unique flavors and festive spirit of Brazilian sparkling wines, making them accessible and enjoyable for everyone. In addition to our traditional bottles, we also produce sparkling wine in cans, offering a convenient and innovative way to enjoy our refreshing bubbles anywhere, anytime.

Organovita is a Brazilian family-owned company founded in 1996, originally focused on producing organic whole grape juice. Over the years, it has specialized in organic grape-based products such as vinegars and flours, and since 2019, has expanded its portfolio to include items derived from other fruits, becoming a reference in the organic market. Family-owned and family-led, Barbara Eliodora Winery is the realization of a rural producer's dream: to transform the southern region of Minas Gerais into a national benchmark for fine wine production.

Located in São Gonçalo do Sapucaí, nestled in the mountains of southern Minas Gerais, the winery was a pioneer in planting Vitis vinifera varieties in the municipality, using the double pruning technique.

With 18 hectares under vine and a production focused exclusively on dry wines, Barbara Eliodora crafts terroir-driven labels that reflect both precision and elegance. The winery works only with French oak barrels from renowned cooperages such as François Frères, Seguin Moreau, and Ermitage, aging its most expressive wines under the Gran Reserva classification.

The Syrah Leve label received 94 points from Decanter, the highest score awarded to a Brazilian wine in the 2024 edition of the competition. The winery also earned two silver medals at Syrah du Monde, becoming the first and only winery from Minas Gerais — and one of only three in Brazilian history — to be recognized at this global benchmark for Syrah producers.

The winery is named in honor of Barbara Heliodora Guilhermina da Silveira, one of the most important female figures of the Brazilian Inconfidência Mineira movement. A poet and political voice ahead of her time, her strength and cultural legacy inspire the winery’s commitment to boldness, authenticity, and excellence.

It is, without a doubt, the new frontier of high-quality Brazilian wines.
