Athyr Empire is a rare, New York-exclusive release from Athyr, the world’s first Lebanese single malt whisky, created as a tribute to the bold spirit of the Empire State. Crafted from sun-dried Lebanese malted barley and matured in Lebanese oak (Quercus libani), this cask-strength expression delivers deep amber color, rich toasted wood character, and a complex palate layered with butterscotch, yellow fruits, baking spices, carob, coffee, and an earthy finish. Aged for a minimum of six years, bottled at 55% ABV, non-colored and non-chillfiltered, Athyr Empire is limited to just 192 serial-numbered bottles, making it a strikingly distinctive and collectible Lebanese whisky.
