Athyr Cedarwood Finish is a bold, United States-exclusive Lebanese single malt whisky, double aged to deliver a deeply woody and spice-driven profile. Crafted from sun-dried, floor-malted 6-row Lebanese barley, it is double distilled in a traditional copper pot still, matured for a minimum of six years in Lebanese oak, then finished for a full year in cedarwood. Bottled at natural color, non-chillfiltered, and cask strength at 56% ABV, it opens with notes of black forest honey, figs, and roasted coffee before unfolding into an intense layer of pine, licorice root, nutmeg, cinnamon, and rich oily cedarwood character. Limited to just 241 serial-numbered bottles, Athyr Cedarwood Finish is a rare and highly distinctive expression of Lebanese whisky craftsmanship.
